  • As soon as you register and complete your payment, we’ll send a confirmation email with all the details. Didn’t see it? Check your spam folder or hit us up with the CONTACT US option

  • Come as you are! Whether you're rolling deep with friends or flying solo, we’ve got you covered. If needed, we can help match you with a roommate.  

  • Just register with Sign up option and either pay in full or choose our Buy Now, Pay Later option at checkout.

  • Life happens! If you're on a payment plan and miss a payment, you’ll get a reminder. Multiple missed payments could result in cancellation, so reach out if you need help. 

  • Yes, you can, up to 30 days before the program starts, and with a small transfer fee. Just reach out to your trip lead, and they’ll guide you through the process.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless you purchased Trip protection. Since we reserved your spot and finalize planning with your payment, we can’t offer a refund unless the event itself is canceled.

Booking & Payments 

  • Your trip rep will handle room assignments for your group. If you want to room together, make sure you all sign up under the same lodging type. 

  • Sometimes! It depends on availability, but if your lodging isn’t right on the slopes, it’ll be just a short walk or shuttle ride away. 

Lodging & Logistics

  • Totally up to you! You can bring your own or rent from the resort (we often have group discounts—check your trip details for options).

  • Yep! Whether you’re a first-timer or just want to sharpen your skills, ski and snowboard lessons are available at the resort. 

  • Think warm, waterproof, and comfortable—layers are your best friend! We’ll send a packing guide before your trip to make sure you’re set.

Ski & Snowboard Questions  

  • Yes! We’ve partnered with Afterpay and Klarna to make payment easier. You can split your total into monthly installments, up to 12 months, depending on your eligibility and provider.

  • Absolutely. Once your payment is processed and you receive confirmation, your spot is reserved. The itineraries you selected are locked in, and we start planning with you in mind.

  • All payments, whether paid in full or through BNPL (Afterpay/Klarna), are final and non-refundable, unless UVSC cancels the event.

    If you change your mind or can no longer attend, you're still responsible for completing your payment plan as agreed.

    However, in extreme circumstances, we may consider a full or partial refund request. Please note:

    - Full Refunds (if approved): Your BNPL agreement will be canceled, and any paid amounts will be refunded through Stripe. Remaining installments will be canceled by Afterpay.

    - Partial Refunds (if approved): We will process it through Stripe, and Afterpay will adjust your remaining payment schedule accordingly.

    This is not guaranteed and will only be considered under unique conditions. If you’d like to request this, please reach out to us directly and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

  • Your BNPL agreement is with Afterpay or Klarna directly. We are not able to cancel, pause, or reverse these payment plans. Failing to complete your installment may impact your standing with the provider and may result in additional fees.

  • Yes. Your BNPL provider will handle all payment reminders and schedules. Be sure to keep your email and contact details updated with them.

  • If UVSC cancels the event for any reason, all registrants, whether they paid in full or via BNPL, will be eligible for a refund or alternate arrangements.

Buy Now Pay Later Policy

  • If Afterpay or Klarna isn’t an option, it’s okay. Our UVSC installment plan is here to help you spread out the cost without the hassle.

  • Fill out the Application Form with your details, your chosen itinerary options, and how long you’d like to spread your payments. Once we review your info, we’ll put together a custom offer for you.

    Here’s what happens next:

    1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your personalized payment schedule, clear amounts and due dates.

    2. We’ll send you a 20% down payment coupon to secure your spot.

    3. Apply the code at checkout, and your plan officially begins.

    Before each due date, we’ll send you an email with a secure payment link.

    We encourage you to make your payment within the grace period, which is 7 days after the due date for each installment. Please note that failure to pay within this window will result in your spot being cancelled, with no reimbursement for any amount already paid.

    For convenience, you can also add your card details when making your first installment so Stripe can process an auto-debit on each due date—if you prefer.
