Plans change — we get it. Whether you’re passing your ticket to a friend or switching guests, our transfer process makes it simple and secure.
How it works:
Fill out the transfer form below with your details and the new guest’s information.
Once we review your submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure payment link for the applicable transfer fee.
After payment, we’ll update the registration records and send both guests a confirmation notice.
Transfer Options:
Housing + Social Transfer — $150
For guests transferring full packages that include lodging and social access.
Social-Only Transfer — $75
For guests transferring Social Only tickets (no lodging).
Terms & Conditions:
Transfer fees are non-refundable.
Once processed, transfers are final.
Transfers must be requested at least 30 days before the event.
Once we verify your details, we’ll email you an invoice to confirm the transfer.
UVSC reserves the right to verify the new registrant’s details before approval.

Yes. Swapping tickets is FREE as long as both parties email us at support@uppervalleyskico.com to verify the change.
