TRANSFER YOUR TICKET EASILY

Plans change — we get it. Whether you’re passing your ticket to a friend or switching guests, our transfer process makes it simple and secure.

How it works:

  1. Fill out the transfer form below with your details and the new guest’s information.

  2. Once we review your submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure payment link for the applicable transfer fee.

  3. After payment, we’ll update the registration records and send both guests a confirmation notice.

Transfer Options:

  1. Housing + Social Transfer — $150

    For guests transferring full packages that include lodging and social access.

  2. Social-Only Transfer — $75

    For guests transferring Social Only tickets (no lodging).

Terms & Conditions:

  • Transfer fees are non-refundable.

  • Once processed, transfers are final.

  • Transfers must be requested at least 30 days before the event.

  • Once we verify your details, we’ll email you an invoice to confirm the transfer.

  • UVSC reserves the right to verify the new registrant’s details before approval.
