Guests booking housing receive one individual spot in a shared accommodation, not the entire unit. To stay with friends, we strongly recommend selecting the same unit type and booking early, as inventory is limited.

About Shadow Ridge Resort

Located at the base of Park City Mountain, Shadow Ridge Resort offers comfortable condo-style accommodations with easy access to skiing, dining, shopping, and TBS activities. Resort amenities include a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and ski storage.

Trip Options & Descriptions

1. 2 Bedroom (1 of 4 Spots, Shared Bed)

Ideal for groups traveling together. Includes one spot in a shared two-bedroom unit (sleeps 4) for three nights, plus all Social Only package benefits.

2. 4 Bedroom (1 of 8 Spots, Shared Bed)

Our most affordable housing option. Includes one spot in a shared four-bedroom unit (sleeps 8) for three nights, plus all Social Only package benefits.

Each 4-bedroom unit includes the following room configurations:

• Bedroom 1: 1 King bed

• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed

• Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunk beds

• Bedroom 4: 2 Queen beds

This setup is designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups while keeping things flexible for different group sizes.

3. Double Room: Two queen beds, hotel-style (no kitchen & living room) 1 of 2 spots

Perfect for two guests looking for a hotel-style stay. Includes one spot in a shared double room with two queen beds (sleeps 2) for three nights. This is a hotel-style unit with no kitchen or living room, plus all Social Only package benefits.

4. 2 Bedroom: 1 king bed, two queens, sleeper sofa, living room, kitchen (1 of 4 spots)

Ideal for groups traveling together. Includes one spot in a shared two-bedroom unit (sleep 4) for three nights, featuring 1 king bed, two queen beds, sleeper sofa, living room, and full kitchen, plus all Social Only package benefits.

5. Social Only (Early Bird)

All TBS social events: Welcome Mixer, Day Party (School Daze), Night Event, Leadership Summit (if invited), Prof. Mixer, Informal Apres, and the Gala, Day Party, Gala and Photobooth access.

Does NOT include lodging.

Terms & Conditions

By completing this purchase, you agree to the following:

1. All ticket sales are non-refundable If you select a payment plan, your full balance must be paid in order to receive any refund under the protection plan.

2. Payment plan participants are responsible for making payments on time. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your reservation and forfeiture of payments made. Unpaid balances are not eligible for refunds.

3. Housing packages include one individual spot in a shared unit and do not include a private room or exclusive use of the unit. Guests wishing to stay together should book the same housing type as early as possible. While roommate requests will be considered, placement cannot be guaranteed.

4. Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Park City.

5. All ticket types include access to TBS programming and events. Event schedules, venues, and activities are subject to change.

6. Tickets are non-transferable without written approval from UVSC.
